Technical Lead - IT Managed Service

We are seeking an external specialist to serve as the Technical Lead for IT MSP Procurement. The core purpose of this role is to expertly develop a comprehensive IT service definition and design a strategic procurement approach for outsourcing our global IT services. You will serve as the technical anchor during the procurement process, ensuring that the selected MSP perfectly aligns with BV's current operational needs and future strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, proactive and highly organised individual, with an excellent knowledge of Outsourced IT Service Models, IT Procurement, Service Design and Definition.

You will demonstrate a proven track record of managed service leadership, as well as exceptional written communications.
