Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout and upgrade of an Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system. This role will involve managing a complex delivery landscape, including multiple third-party vendors, system integrations, and the decommissioning of Legacy platforms., * Lead the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle CPQ rollout and upgrade programme

Manage multiple third-party vendors and delivery partners

Oversee the decommissioning of Legacy systems and transition to the new CPQ platform

Ensure successful integration with:

PIM system (Syndigo)

ERP system (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
Ensure delivery is aligned with timelines, budget, and quality standards
Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex system implementations

Ideally, prior experience with Oracle CPQ rollouts or similar CPQ platforms

Strong experience managing multiple third-party vendors and stakeholders

Experience delivering system integrations, particularly with:

PIM systems (eg, Syndigo or similar)

ERP platforms (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O)
Demonstrated experience in Legacy system decommissioning
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organisational and risk management capabilities
Experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes
Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
Background in commercial, pricing, or sales systems
