Job description
- Develop and validate SAS programs supporting the analysis and reporting of clinical and real-world data for medical device studies.
- Collaborate closely with biostatisticians and cross-functional partners to shape statistical analysis plans and ensure robust, compliant methodologies are applied.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure accuracy, traceability, and consistency across all statistical outputs and deliverables.
- Support the creation of statistical reports, presentations, and technical summaries for regulatory submissions, audits, and internal decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, enhancing programming standards, and contributing to best-practice guidance within the FSP team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience in statistical programming, gained within a clinical research, medical devices, or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong proficiency in SAS programming, with a solid understanding of statistical concepts, clinical data structures, and regulatory expectations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with high attention to detail and data integrity.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, scientific environment and translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
