Job description

Are you an Administrator with ERP and stock control experience, looking for a stable Monday-Friday role in a growing aerosol manufacturer and the benefit of a company bonus? This growing aerosol manufacturer, founded in the 1970's supplies into personal care, healthcare, household, and automotive industries and is part of a respected UK manufacturing group with a turnover exceeding £55 million. The company is recognised for its innovation, quality, and commitment to sustainable manufacturing, continuing to invest in advanced technology and process improvements to support its diverse customer base. In this role, you will manage stock control and sales invoicing, ensuring accurate inventory records and compliant processing through SAGE. You'll process works orders, allocate stock in line with FIFO, complete cycle counts and reconciliations, and manage adjustments, quarantine, and slow-moving stock. You'll raise despatch notes and invoices, verify pricing, resolve stock queries and deputise for the Stock Control Manager when required. This is a full-time position based on the Wirral, Monday-Thursday 8-5, finishing at 12:30 on a Friday. This role would suit a Stock Control Administrator with experience using ERP Systems seeking a stable, days-based position within a growing manufacturer, offering responsibility across inventory and invoicing, cross-department collaboration, and the benefit of an early Friday finish. ???????   • Manage stock control and sales invoicing using Sage 200 or other ERP Systems
  • Process works orders and allocate stock in line with FIFO
  • Complete cycle counts, reconciliations, and stock adjustments
  • Full time, Wirral, Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00 Friday 8:00 - 12:30

  • Experience in a Stock Control or Inventory Administration role
  • Sage 200 experience
  • Confident using Excel and reporting tools
  • Commutable to the Wirral
