Job description
As a Full Stack Engineer you'll be supporting the delivery of Gamification, covering the development of the core gamification and reward engines, back office management UI and more. This will help us excel at giving customers a Super Gaming Experience to stay ahead of the game. What you'll be doing As part of your role, your responsibilities could include:
- Designing and developing core features of our Gamification Engine
- Building robust, scalable backend services using Node.js, MongoDB and Redis Cache
- Collaborating on architectural decisions to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Enhancing and maintaining our Back Office interfaces
- Developing intuitive and performant user interfaces in Next.js, CSS and TypeScript
- Ensuring seamless integration between front-end experiences and backend services
- Monitoring, tuning, and improving system performance
- Creating and refining dashboards in Elastic for visibility, diagnostics, and alerting
- Proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and proposing targeted improvements
- Managing and evolving our infrastructure
- Working with containerized applications to ensure stability, scale and speed
- Contributing to our ongoing migration toward Microsoft Azure Container Apps and modern DevOps practices
- Contributing to CI/CD and deployment pipelines
- Using GitHub for repository management and Terraform pipelines
- Ensuring code quality, reliability, and automated checks are consistently upheld
- The use of AI tools like v0, Copilot and Recraft.ai are encouraged

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Strong base in at least one of the following coding languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Willingness to learn and implement other similar coding languages and AI Tools
- Version Control Systems (e.g. Git)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations, * In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies, specifically using modern gamification tools and designs
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization, and modern DevOps tools.
