Job description
performance data to life, helping shape how we talk about our channels and content. * Keep audience insights up-to-date and easy to use across the business, and support teams to get the most out of self-serve tools. * Take on bigger research projects that feed into external B2B presentations and show clients the real impact of LADbible Group. * Develop ad hoc research for internal teams and external clients, finding the right solution for each brief. * Run ad effectiveness studies on our content, sometimes in collaboration with external suppliers where relevant. * Support colleagues across the wider team, working collaboratively and adapting when priorities shift. Skills and experience we'd like you to have * Solid experience in media research (at a media owner, agency or research agency working with media clients) - this is essential for the role. * Confident using audience measurement and analytics tools, with experience across platforms such as TGI, GWI, Facebook Insights or Google Analytics. * Experience with data analysis (e.g. Excel, SQL or similar) would be a plus. * Ideally, some experience with social listening platforms or techniques. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights, rather than simply reporting the numbers. * Proven experience managing stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
