Role Overview

We are seeking a Data & AI Platform Architect with deep expertise in cloud-native data, analytics, and AI platforms across the full data value chain. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable data platforms for our clients, integrating batch and Real Time processing, robust data management practices, and modern analytics and AI capabilities.

You will combine strong architectural thinking with hands-on delivery experience, helping clients unlock the value of their data through Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable shaping solution architecture, advising stakeholders, and leading small teams or workstreams while remaining close to implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end cloud-native data and AI platforms across the full data lifecycle.
• Develop scalable solutions incorporating batch and Real Time data processing.
• Define and implement robust data management practices, including governance, quality, security, and compliance.
• Integrate advanced analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across projects, guiding small teams or workstreams through delivery.
• Engage with clients to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Promote and implement modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with best practices for cloud architecture.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, data platforms, and cloud technologies, applying them pragmatically.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in data & analytics and AI solution design and delivery.
• Proven experience leading solution implementation for small teams or workstreams.
• Strong understanding of cloud-centric architecture and distributed systems design.
• Solid grasp of core data management concepts, including:

• Data modelling
• Data integration
• Data governance
• Data quality and lifecycle management

• Experience with modern data platform architectures (eg, data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses).
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern infrastructure delivery approaches.
• Ability to clearly articulate key concepts in:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Data Mining

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
