The OpportunityAs a Manager in Cybersecurity, you will leverage diverse ideas and perspectives to deliver technical excellence at global scale and provide relevant insights to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing cybersecurity engagements, building client relationships, and leading teams to develop innovative solutions that address complex security challenges., Deliver complex cybersecurity engineering engagements across multiple sites and regions encompassing IT and OT, ensuring technical excellence with alignment to EY's standards and client expectations.
Align security roadmaps to operational priorities, risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
Deliver engineering delivery and plan and manage scope, schedule, resources and risks.
Implement security measures from blueprints including firewall configurations, network segmentation (zones and conduits), VLANs and ACLs, and secure site-to-cloud connectivity.
Produce engineering artefacts including build standards, configuration baselines and as-built documentation.
Foster a positive team environment by mentoring and coaching junior staff, conducting performance reviews, and contributing to their professional development.
Support business development activities, including proposal writing and impactful presentations to potential clients.
Contribute to recruiting, retaining, and training cybersecurity professionals, ensuring a high-performing team.
Requirements

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
Experience in cybersecurity with onsite experience (OT experience desirable but not mandatory).
Strong network engineering skills (routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, NAT), firewall rulebase, design/optimisation, and network segmentation.
Experience implementing secure remote and local access and privileged access e.g. PAM, jump hosts, PAW.
Working knowledge of NCSC CAF, EU NIS2, NIST CSF and CCNA/CCNP level networking competence.
Willingness to travel for client delivery (domestic and international as required).
Ideally, You'll Also Have
Experience with major security vendors (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK.
OT exposure such as SCADA/PLC/HMI basics, OT protocols (e.g. Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA) and IEC 62443.
Experience coordinating with operations on infrastructure changes such as IP readdressing and recabling.
Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent).
Ability to obtain and maintain UK Government security clearances.
