Partner with Customer Fulfilment Centre managers, holding them accountable for their financial performance and working alongside the fulfilment operations director to drive operational efficiencies. Take ownership of the budget and forecast for savings/growth initiatives and Customer Fulfilment Centres. Enhance existing processes across workstreams to increase clarity and drive significant improvements in business performance. Participate in investment appraisals for new Online initiatives. Work closely with the Channels FP&A team to build a clear and consistent view of current performance, outlook, and risks & opportunities. Develop broader Online operational improvement initiatives and drive actions to deliver these through business stakeholders. You will need Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Finance experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organisations. Experience of engaging and working with senior business stakeholders. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot trends and draw actionable insights from data.
