Job description
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include…

Responding to and resolving tickets, customer issues, incidents, and queries

Provide onsite/remote support in positive and proactive manner

Working on a blend of IT support, networking, telecoms and server work
-
Installing/setting equipment on client site to the highest possible standard

Working with team on issue escalation/troubleshooting 3rd party applications

Taking ownership of assigned and adopting a 'hands on' problem solving approach
Requirements
Are you a technical wizard with a knack for customer service?
Have you got a brain for problem solving and a desire to learn?, * Ideally 2- 3 years' experience in an IT role within an MSP

Knowledge on Windows Server, Backups, Virtualisations, Antivirus, Office 365, Networking essentials, Windows OS etc and Microsoft desktop operating systems

Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange 2007 - 2016

Passion for delivering great customer service both remotely and in person
-
Knowledge of Azure, telecoms, Draytek and Ubiquiti is beneficial
-
Be efficient, adaptable, flexible and hold a Clean UK driving license
