Job description
As the IT Innovation Team, we drive Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. We build innovative solutions on the Microsoft platform, foster internal AI communities, develop AI skills across the organization, and support the enablement future¿ready processes across the company.
Your Tasks Drive the adoption and effective use of AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot) to optimize internal processes and enhance employee productivity
Collaborate with internal business departments to translate and prioritize identified internal use cases into practical AI solutions, focusing on the configuration, integration, and customization of existing platforms (primarily Microsoft)
Expand the internal AI community to encourage knowledge sharing, upskilling and promoting an AI-aware culture among all departments
Lead and manage internal AI innovation projects from conceptualization to successful rollout for our employees, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and company-wide strategic objectives
Requirements
Master's degree or higher (University, FH) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
Demonstrated passion for Artificial Intelligence and a strong understanding of current AI trends and tools
At least 2+ years of experience with Microsoft AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Services, Copilot) and ideally, software development or scripting skills (e.g., Python)
Motivated to learn new concepts on your own and to experiment
Proactive, curious, and results-oriented personality with very good English skills; German is a plus
