Job description

The client's Data department, under the Chief Data Officer, is focused on modernizing and controlling data repositories, governance, management, and usage. The ambition is to safeguard and cultivate revenue streams, gain efficiency through rationalized data management and improved data quality, comply with regulatory requirements, and create an adaptable platform. The Data Quality team is part of the Data Governance Centre of Expertise. As a consultant, you will work on data quality activities, including documenting critical metadata, designing and implementing new processes, and defining remediation plans with stakeholders, especially in the context of financial security data., * Create data quality controls on key data supporting efficient business processes related to client, KYC, and transactional data.

  • Monitor data quality using dashboards and KPIs, supporting their redesign and upgrade.

  • Coordinate the resolution of data quality issues by analyzing and solving dysfunctions or non-optimized usage of client and KYC data, including:

  • Identifying data quality issues and documenting business impacts to support prioritization.

  • Analyzing root causes.

  • Proposing solutions (IT development, process changes, or manual corrections) in collaboration with stakeholders (IT, process, operations, compliance, etc.).

  • Supporting change management actions for impacted teams.

Support data certification processes and contribute to Client and Compliance Data Quality Assessment & Remediation Committees.

Contribute to designing, monitoring, and reporting on reference tools (data definitions, dictionaries, glossaries), consolidating and harmonizing them.

Support Client and Compliance Data Managers in maintaining key Financial Security data documentation and identifying valuable use cases.

Develop expertise on Financial Security data flows and applications.

Act as a key contributor to the development of Data Quality practices, sharing experience, best practices, challenges, and areas of improvement within the Data Quality Analysts Community., * Consultancy Nature: Work on-site as a consultant, representing Keystone Solutions in dynamic client environments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Dutch: Good (or French)

  • French: Good (or Dutch)
  • English: Fluent

Education:

  • At least a Master's degree.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Data Quality Analysis in a bank.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle and data usage.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Business experience in Financial Security domains (KYC, AML, Sanctions).

Technical Experience:

  • Mandatory:

  • Office tools (Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint)

  • Communication skills, written and spoken

  • Stakeholder management

Preferable:

  • Knowledge of bank databases
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and tools (Collibra/Ab Initio)
  • Development and/or use of dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
  • Business Objects experience
  • Knowledge of digital culture and ability to navigate digital ecosystems
  • SQL, SAS, Python is a plus

Business Experience:

  • Mandatory:

  • Perform data analysis demonstrating business impacts

  • Banking, specifically in Financial Security data domain

Preferable:

  • Experience in similar banking environments
