AISB - 751 Python / Django Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the development of a strategic application designed to meet operational needs. Your role As part of a collaborative development team, you will:

• Design and develop new features for a Python/Django-based application
• Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing functionalities
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, reviews, etc.)
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and integrity

Technical environment You will work within a modern tech stack including:

• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Back-end: Python, Django
• Data: SQL, pandas
• APIs: REST, SOAP, GraphQL
• DevOps: Docker, Docker Compose, CI/CD
• Version control: Git (GitHub / GitLab)
• Web servers (nice to have): Nginx or Apache
• Cloud (optional): Azure

• Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's minimum) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in Python/Django development
• Strong knowledge of front-end development with React
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to data accuracy and quality
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment

Languages

• Good command of English
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch (at least passive understanding of one is required)
