As a Cora Subject Matter Expert, you will act as the central point of expertise for a critical Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system, working closely with business stakeholders and IT to ensure seamless operations, continuous improvement, and high user satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert for the Cora PPM system, providing first- and second-level support
  • Manage user access, roles, and system documentation
  • Deliver training sessions to empower users and improve adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system enhancements
  • Configure and optimize the system to align with evolving business requirements
  • Analyze system data to identify improvements and troubleshoot root causes

Requirements

  • Background in IT, Business, or Digitalization (or similar qualification)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application support (L1/L2)
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, ideally within project or portfolio management environments
  • A user-centric mindset with strong service orientation
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-driven approach
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
