- Central leadership role in communication between customers, internal technical teams and management
- Organisation of workflows as well as coordination and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams from networking, software, platform, engineering and operations
- Responsible management of schedules, budgets, resources and project goals - from conception to go-live
- Active stakeholder and customer management, including requirements gathering, coordination and escalation management
- Ensuring quality, documentation, transparency and sustainable project handover to operations
- Close collaboration with IT operations, product development and engineering in highly critical environments
Requirements

Strong communication skills with persuasiveness, extremely high customer focus, confident manner - even in highly critical project situations

Strong organisational skills, strong ability to prioritise complex tasks and manage parallel projects in a structured manner

Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in infrastructure, network or carrier-oriented platform projects

Very strong leadership personality with persuasiveness and assertiveness, decision-making ability and sense of responsibility

Good, strong technical understanding of:

Development of IT architectures with scaling strategies

Network technology and administration (Linux, Docker, network software)

IT security infrastructures, monitoring, routing & switching, WiFi

Structured approach to work and ability to clearly prioritise complex issues

High level of competence in analysis, troubleshooting and stable operational management,

Experience with classic or hybrid project management methods

Practical experience/certification in service management (ITSM)
