• Central leadership role in communication between customers, internal technical teams and management
• Organisation of workflows as well as coordination and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams from networking, software, platform, engineering and operations
• Responsible management of schedules, budgets, resources and project goals - from conception to go-live
• Active stakeholder and customer management, including requirements gathering, coordination and escalation management
• Ensuring quality, documentation, transparency and sustainable project handover to operations
• Close collaboration with IT operations, product development and engineering in highly critical environments

• Strong communication skills with persuasiveness, extremely high customer focus, confident manner - even in highly critical project situations

• Strong organisational skills, strong ability to prioritise complex tasks and manage parallel projects in a structured manner

• Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in infrastructure, network or carrier-oriented platform projects

• Very strong leadership personality with persuasiveness and assertiveness, decision-making ability and sense of responsibility

• Good, strong technical understanding of:

• Development of IT architectures with scaling strategies

• Network technology and administration (Linux, Docker, network software)

• IT security infrastructures, monitoring, routing & switching, WiFi

• Structured approach to work and ability to clearly prioritise complex issues

• High level of competence in analysis, troubleshooting and stable operational management,

• Experience with classic or hybrid project management methods

• Practical experience/certification in service management (ITSM)
