Job description
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your Microsoft Identity and Security technical subject matter expertise on AD, ADFS, and PKI, you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects., * Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned Microsoft Identity and Security Solutions. Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.
- Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences, such as BDMs (Business Decision Makers) & ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers). Be the Microsoft Identity and Security subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Tiering, PKI with Active Directory Certificate Services, ADFS preferably in a large-scale environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, IaaS, Network Security
- Multiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both written and verbal English & German languages is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with strong knowledge on MIM are preferred.
- Familiarity and certification with other Microsoft technologies, such as Entra ID, Sentinel and Defender
