Cloud Solution Architect - AI solutions & Copilot Chat

Position Summary: We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in AI solutions and Copilot Chat, who is passionate about driving our customers' AI transformation journey with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. This customer-facing role serves as a strategic advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and ROI.

• Drive Customer Success by leading architectural design and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage Agentic AI through Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise.

• Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey and engage in relevant communities.
• Embrace a growth mindset and act as the voice of the customer.

• Demonstrate strong customer-facing and advisory skills in a technical domain.
• Have experience in large enterprise environments and hold a relevant Bachelor's degree with 4+ years' experience in related fields.

It will be a plus if you:

• Have AI solution development experience with declarative or custom engine agents.
• Show proficiency in programming and automation languages and tools.
• Are skilled in troubleshooting & optimizing AI deployments.
• Understand security and responsible AI practices.
• Have experience in ecosystem integration with Microsoft 365.
• Hold relevant Microsoft certifications.
