• Strong interest in secure, highly scalable, multi-region hosted backend systems
• Fundamental knowledge of system architectures, network protocols, and operating systems (desirable)
• Profound expertise in configuration and maintenance of cloud platform services (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) using Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with common DevOps technologies (Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub, Nginx, GitOps, etc.)
• Skills in application firewall configuration, including rate limitations and bot detection rules (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of programming languages (especially Node.js) and document-based databases
