Job description
The BI Specialist is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision making across the organization. This role designs, develops, and maintains
dashboards, reports, and analytical models using BI tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders. This position reports directly to the IT Director.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & and Insight Generation

Convert complex data into actionable insights that guide business decisions.

Analyze trends, KPIs, and performance indicators to support strategic and operational
initiatives.
BI Development & Reporting

Design, build, and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and analytical models.

Ensure data visualization solutions are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with business
needs.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their information and reporting
requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver highquality BI
solutions.
Data Management & ETL
- Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various
sources.
- Optimize data structures to improve performance and analytical capabilities.
Data Quality & Governance

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used across the organization.

Support data governance initiatives and adhere to internal and regulatory data standards.
Requirements

Experience with Qlik Sense. (3+ years)

Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of ETL processes.

Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.

Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.

Experience partnering with nontechnical teams.

English written and spoken
Preferred

Experience in performance monitoring and optimization of BI solutions.

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
