Job description

Could you be the full-time IT Operations Manager in Madrid we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your IT operations managing experience in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll be in charge of executing and coordinating local IT operations activities. You´ll ensure hardware equipment and software availability and performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Services), ensuring the acquisition and stock of IT equipment and driveing the relationship with suppliers and much more.

You´ll specifically take care of guaranting that the IT infraestructure and availalable.

We´ll look to you for:

  • Executes and coordinates local IT operations activities
  • Ensure hardware equipment and software availability and performance
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the correct IT equipment functionality
  • Ensure the acquisition and stock of IT equipment and drive the relationship with suppliers
  • Guarantee mobile and Wifi network and coordinate works to solve incidences

Requirements

  • Academic Background: IT, Telecommunications degree or similar will be a plus.
  • Experience: at least three years running the IT Operations area
  • Languages: Spanish and English is mandatory for the role
