AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist

A leading technology partner in travel is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to coordinate AI training programmes and support functional teams in implementing AI solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in digital transformation, as well as a solid understanding of AI fundamentals. • Support the roll-out of AI literacy and capability-building programmes.
• Coordinate and coach functional AI Leads to facilitate user adoption.
• Ensure adoption aligns with Responsible AI guardrails.
• Design and deliver awareness campaigns to drive cultural change.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Legal and HR teams.

• 4-7+ years in digital transformation, digital adoption, or learning roles.
• Experience deploying digital or AI-powered tools at scale.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools and enterprise AI usage patterns.
• Experience designing or delivering training content.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on adoption topics.
• Experience coaching groups of advanced users., Strong communication and facilitation skills to simplify AI concepts Solid understanding of AI fundamentals and LLM solutions Experience in learning design and capability building Strong behavioural change and engagement capabilities Ability to translate technical AI tools into user-friendly guidance Excellent coordination and project management skills Knowledge of Responsible AI principles Relationship-building skills
