Work across backend, front-end, data, and AI functions.
Design and architect solutions for complex client lifecycle challenges.
Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.

Requirements

A technology consulting company based in Spain seeks a skilled developer specializing in client lifecycle management solutions. The role focuses on building innovative systems utilizing Java/Spring Boot, AWS infrastructure, and AI-driven automation. Strong expertise in KYC and regulatory workflows is crucial, along with experience in leading development teams. Candidates should possess solid skills in multithreading, database optimization, and service architectures to drive transformation across various business challenges., * Strong Core Java 8+/Java EE design skills, including design patterns.

Significant experience in designing and executing microservices using Spring Boot.
Proficient in messaging tools such as Active MQ, SQS, and Kafka.
Expertise in optimizing SQL queries on PostgreSQL databases.
Strong experience with multithreading and concurrency scenarios.
Proficient in using REST APIs, XML, and JSON.
Experience with AWS Services, including AWS Lambda and CloudWatch.
Familiarity with Open AI APIs and Agentic AI concepts.
Domain knowledge in client onboarding and KYC workflows.
Hands-on experience with entity resolution and matching frameworks.
Proven experience leading a development team.
Familiarity with BPMN tools related to customization.
