Your Role
As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations across the organisation. Working closely with senior IT leadership and trusted external partners, you'll provide first and second line support, contribute to IT projects, and help ensure systems are secure, reliable and future-ready. This is a hands-on role with real exposure across infrastructure, security and compliance, including involvement in ISO 27001 readiness.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience in an IT support or IT technician role (minimum 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of core networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
Desirable exposure includes cloud platforms, endpoint security, mobile device management, ITIL principles and information security or ISO 27001 standards.
