Job description
- Lead customers through Proof of Concept (POC) environments and sandbox deployments
- Design and implement Data Centre networking solutions from scratch (servers, switches, routers)
- Support customers building next-generation "neo-cloud" and AI-driven environments
- Work closely with Sales during technical validation stages post-POC handover
- Deliver remote implementation and technical workshops via Zoom and Slack
- Collaborate with hardware and software implementation teams where required
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support as customers transition into live production
- Own 2-3 customer accounts at a time, acting as their primary technical contact
- Split focus approximately 50/50 between implementation and support
Requirements
Skills/Must have:
- Senior-level Network Engineering expertise (CCIE level or equivalent)
- Deep technical proficiency in modern Data Centre technologies, specifically VXLAN and EVPN
- A vendor-agnostic mindset with the ability to work across various networking stacks
- Hands-on experience configuring and designing DC networks from scratch
- Proven experience working with switches, routers, and server connectivity in enterprise or cloud-scale environments
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote-first model within the Eastern Time Zone (North & South America)
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Nvidia Networking (Mellanox, Cumulus, or Spectrum)
- Previous experience working directly for a networking Vendor
- Experience with high-performance networking solutions and modern programmable networking
- Exposure to network automation platforms and modern Linux-based network operating systems, * Opportunity to work on next-generation AI and GPU infrastructure projects

Benefits & conditions
- Compensation is highly competitive and aligned with expert-level experience; we are looking at the $300k range but can flex for the right candidate. There is no fixed budget for this position.
