Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, We are looking for a principal (L4), qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform Solution Architect with strong technical skills. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives., * Language: German and fluent English

  • Travel: less than 20% is expected
  • Years of Experience: 15+

Mandatory Experience Profile

  • The candidate requires fluent English language skills to engage in business and technical conversations and workshops with customers.
  • Has exceptional organisational skills and the ability to transition seamlessly between diverse tasks and stakeholders as priorities change.
  • 15+ years of experience in cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, system architecture, OR equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE apps, such as Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Field Service
  • Strong proficiency in developing, optimizing, and maintaining solutions and architecture of D365 CE apps and model-driven apps.
  • Design, customize, and administer UI and business logic using the Power Platform.
  • Being able to conduct code reviews for C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Azure Application Insights and designing Kusto queries to investigate and mitigate performance issues.
  • Having a basic understanding of network performance indicators and the ability to read network traces.
  • Advanced knowledge of D365 CE enterprise level architecture and connecting with external systems.
  • Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse and other sources.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services.
  • Strong ability to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers.
  • Ability to effectively resolve complex Power Apps issues and architectural challenges using strong analytical and collaborative skills, with demonstrated experience delivering clear findings reports and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.

Desirable requirements

  • Experience with Power FX.
  • Architect and Functional Consultant level Microsoft certifications are preferred.
