Job description
Ensure the efficiency and optimization of digital tools at CRAG, guaranteeing the proper use of Microsoft 365, Teams, the intranet, and developed or acquired applications. Facilitate digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement, plan technological investments in coordination with the area manager, and implement new digital solutions. Promote synergies with equivalent areas in CERCA centers., Digital Workplace Strategy & Governance

Define and execute the digital workplace roadmap aligned with organizational needs.

Establish governance, standards, and lifecycle processes for digital tools and platforms.

Drive the evolution of the workplace ecosystem with a focus on usability, security, and innovation.
Platform & Solution Ownership

Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, etc.).

Lead integration, automation, and configuration of digital workplace technologies.

Ensure compliance, security, and data protection across the digital environment.
Data & Institutional Intelligence

Deployment of Power BI to optimize institutional data, including project management dashboards, research and scientific productivity analytics, and operational KPIs.

Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve data visualizations that support decision-making.
Application Modernization

Support the migration of customized legacy applications to modern, state-of-the-art frameworks (e.g., cloud-native apps, Power Platform, low-code solutions).

Partner with developers and architects to design scalable, user-friendly replacements for outdated tools.
Employee Experience & Adoption

Lead digital adoption strategies to ensure high utilization and value realization of tools.

Develop training materials, communication campaigns, and champion networks.

Gather user feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
-
Degree in analytical-based fields such as Computer Science, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics, or similar.

3+ years of experience in digital workplace, IT transformation, or collaboration platforms.

Proven track record in MS365 and Power BI.
-
The following will be positively valued:

Certifications in Microsoft 365 and/or ITIL and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.

Experience in LAMP development.

Knowledge of CMS as Drupal or WordPress.

Experience in training and IT process improvement will be valued.
