- Install, configure, update and maintain software and hardware in all Iberian Plants.
- Manage data network, servers, PC/laptops, mobile devices and backups.
- Manage local Active Directory (Windows SW) in coordination with group IT (Germany)
- System monitoring (Network and Hardware): HW & SW capacity control.
- Manage & negotiate Telephone systems
- Troubleshoot user and system issues and outages - Daily workload solving issues
- Develop and manage Annual IT Iberia Budget: Projects (in coordination with local MD and Group IT)
Requirements

Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL)

Solid understanding of IT Security Management (ISO 27000) will be an advantage

Knowledge of IT Project Management Tools and best practice (e.g. PRINCE2) will be an advantage too.

At least 5 years' experience in multinational Company with: o Windows Active directory services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) o Networking infrastructure o MS Office 365 o Navision / Dynamics

English level (high - B2 at least), Portuguese would be an advantage
