IT SPECIALIST

• Install, configure, update and maintain software and hardware in all Iberian Plants.
• Manage data network, servers, PC/laptops, mobile devices and backups.
• Manage local Active Directory (Windows SW) in coordination with group IT (Germany)
• System monitoring (Network and Hardware): HW & SW capacity control.
• Manage & negotiate Telephone systems
• Troubleshoot user and system issues and outages - Daily workload solving issues
• Develop and manage Annual IT Iberia Budget: Projects (in coordination with local MD and Group IT)

• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL)

• Solid understanding of IT Security Management (ISO 27000) will be an advantage

• Knowledge of IT Project Management Tools and best practice (e.g. PRINCE2) will be an advantage too.

• At least 5 years' experience in multinational Company with: o Windows Active directory services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) o Networking infrastructure o MS Office 365 o Navision / Dynamics

• Ability to work on own responsibility

• Customer friendliness

• English level (high - B2 at least), Portuguese would be an advantage

• Availability to travel in Spain & Portugal mainly
