Experienced Process Automation & Integration Developer

We are looking for an Experienced Process Automation & Integration Developer who thrives on connecting systems, killing manual work, and building smart, reliable workflows. You will design and implement automation pipelines and API integrations that drive efficiency across the enterprise - using modern automation-first tools and solid development skills., * Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows and integration pipelines using tools such as n8n, Make, Azure Logic Apps, or equivalent platforms - this is the core of the role

• Develop and consume REST/GraphQL APIs to enable seamless, reliable data flows between business systems
• Integrate internal and external platforms (ERP, CRM, HR, M365, custom services) through automation and iPaaS-style patterns
• Identify repetitive manual processes, run workshops with business teams, and translate findings into automated solutions
• Write custom business logic in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python where automation tools alone are not sufficient
• Maintain reliability, error handling, retry logic, and observability of automation workflows in production
• Produce clear technical documentation: architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and runbooks
• Work closely with IT, data, and business teams in an Agile environment

Do you have experience in Software development?, * 3-5 years of experience in software development, API integration, or process automation

• Proven hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar automation/workflow tools - this is a key requirement
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and data transformation techniques
• Ability to write and read code (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python) for custom automation logic
• Strong analytical thinking: comfortable mapping, questioning, and re-engineering business processes
• Proactive communicator who can work directly and confidently with business stakeholders

Preferred

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and/or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem as an added advantage
• Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD workflows: GitHub Actions, automated testing pipelines, and familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker for containerised deployments (optional but a great bonus)
• Experience with RPA tooling (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or similar)
• Exposure to AI-powered automation (OpenAI API, AI Builder, Copilot integrations)
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms and their integration APIs (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, webhooks, message queues)
• Background in IT process management (ITIL) or business process management (BPM), * Young environment, where not everything is written in stone, and where you are expected to contribute and co-create the culture of the Tech Hub and international collaboration model
