About the team: To support our strong growth, we are looking for a GTM System Engineer to join our Business Ops team.
Our objective is to provide the different departments with all the tools necessary to generate new business and provide them with the insights necessary to accelerate our growth. This position is key to achieving our growth objectives in EMEA, you will have the opportunity to work with all departments (Growth / Sales / CSM / Finance / Marketing) on the following topics.
Your scope: As the GTM Systems Engineer you will be the platform owner of our Go-To-Market tech stack, with Salesforce at its core. You'll be the architect of our revenue operations infrastructure, ensuring seamless integrations, reliable data flows, and scalable configurations that power our sales, customer success, and revenue teams.
You will be more specifically in charge of things like...
- Platform ownership & administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and key GTM systems (Outreach, Gong, Tableau, Clay, Make, Aircall, and more)
- Salesforce configuration & development: Build and maintain objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to support our business needs
- Systems integration: Manage integrations and workflows across our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, Zendesk, PlanHat, Outreach, BI tools)
- CPQ & pricing systems: Configure and maintain pricing, quoting, and discount approval workflows within Salesforce CPQ/RCA, supporting product launches and packaging changes
- Data quality & governance: Maintain data integrity through deduplication, normalization, and enrichment processes while ensuring adherence to governance standards
- GTM systems support: Manage intake, triage, and resolution of system support requests; maintain backlog and prioritize enhancements
- Delivery & change management: Translate business requirements into system solutions, support end-to-end delivery from requirements to rollout, You will complete a take-home technical case study focusing on a Salesforce configuration challenge, and review it with the team
- You will meet with Han Wang - VP RevOps
- Final Step: 30-min discussion with our CEO, Benjamin Fabre
Requirements
You have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, configuration (flows, validation rules, automation) and ideally CPQ/Revenue Cloud
- You're familiar with GTM tools and platforms (sales engagement, conversation intelligence, data enrichment, BI tools)
- You have experience managing integrations and workflows across multiple systems
- You know how to manage competing priorities, communicate changes effectively, and work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Finance, and RevOps teams
- You're detail-oriented and passionate about data quality and system reliability
- You have strong problem-solving skills and can translate business needs into technical solutions
Bonus Points
- You have Salesforce Admin certification (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
- You have experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Administration
- You've worked with external Salesforce consultants or SI partners on larger implementation projects
- You have experience supporting territory management, pipeline tracking, and expansion motions (renewals, upsell, cross-sell)
