Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products., * All deliverables must adhere to customer branding, accessibility, and data security standards.

Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and information security policies.

Do not store sensitive or project-related data on personal or local devices.

Maintain all assets, files, and communications within approved and secure platforms.

4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex, multi-module applications.

Design high-quality UI solutions in Figma aligned with customer design systems and accessibility standards.

Conduct end-to-end UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and insight synthesis.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent user experiences across multiple modules.

Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.

Ensure design consistency, usability, and continuous improvement through governance and iterative design practices.

Leverage Figma and AI-assisted design tools to enhance design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system implementation.

Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and their application in UX/UI processes.

Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
