Requirements

• Analyze incoming requirements and map them to appropriate architecture and integration patterns.

• Define and document interface strategies, designs, and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.

• Maintain and update the interface catalogue, ensuring consistency and traceability.

• Monitor and manage error handling and integration processes.

• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design approaches and rationale.

• Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI/IS), BizTalk, and Azure integration services.

• Proficiency in technical documentation and interface specification design.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

• Experience in project coordination and managing documentation deliverables.

• Solid understanding of middleware and enterprise integration technologies.

• Familiarity with Helix ITSM tools for support and maintenance activities.

• Experience in third-party system integration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of effort estimation and project planning.

• Experience with error handling frameworks and monitoring tools.

• Ability to adapt to complex and evolving project environments.
