Job description
Our games are small in scope and designed to be delivered quickly, but there's no shortage of challenges to make them more engaging, polished, and playful.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer to help evolve our portfolio of learning games across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in visual design and asset creation, shaping game concepts, and mechanics that inspire children, support educators, and deliver measurable learning outcomes.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead design on more complex projects, mentor junior designers, and advocate for best practices in game design.
If you're someone who enjoys designing meaningful, visually rich, fun experiences-and you love seeing your work go live regularly-this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing

- Design exploration: Lead ideation and prototyping workshops with cross-functional teams to explore innovative gameplay ideas.
- Visual and interaction direction: Partner with illustrators and animators to ensure consistency, polish, and age-appropriate aesthetics.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, education, and product teams to deliver fun, lightweight, production-ready games at pace.
- Player insights: Collaborate with UXR and education specialists to gather insights, run playtests, and translate findings into design improvements.
