Design Engineer

Our client is seeking a CAD Design Engineer to join a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment supporting the growing UK leisure vehicle market. You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings across a diverse product range including caravans, motorhomes, and holiday homes. Key Responsibilities * Create and maintain accurate 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings * Deliver innovative, practical design solutions with a focus on weight, cost, and manufacturability * Ensure designs meet industry standards and agreed timescales * Collaborate with designers and engineers to support new product development * Contribute to continuous improvement, modularity, and standardisation initiatives Skills & Experience * Minimum 3 years' experience in a CAD design role (transport, automotive, marine, aerospace, or similar) * Strong knowledge of 3D CAD systems (PTC Creo/Windchill preferred; others considered) * Experience, producing, Senior CAD Exhibition Designer (AutoCAD / Vectorworks) Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.
