The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.Role OverviewThe role is in Parameta Solutions' global Capital Markets Data Product function, focusing on identifying, developing, and enhancing data opportunities arising from TP ICAP's Global Broking activities and third-party sources. The position requires subject-matter expertise across interest rates and credit OTC derivatives.The role involves driving ownership of the data product, shaping its strategic direction, and overseeing execution of the product roadmap. The candidate will play a key role in analysing, evaluating, and helping manage the procurement of data from broking desks and third-parties, ensuring it is accurately captured, quality-checked, and channelled into Parameta Solutions' data distribution workflows. They will assist in market research, competitive analysis, business case development, and ongoing product lifecycle management. The role involves supporting product initiatives from concept through delivery, collaborating with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Quant team to bring enhancements and new data offerings to market. Additional responsibilities include providing SME input to sales teams and client discussions, as well as participating in industry engagement and marketing activities such as webinars and conferences.Role Responsibilities* The role involves driving ownership of the data product, shaping its strategic direction, and overseeing execution of the product roadmap.* Drive global product development initiatives for new data opportunities from Global Broking activities as well as third-parties.* As a senior product manager, develop and execute objectives and strategies for current and future data products to drive revenue.* Act as SME for OTC derivatives including fixed income, rates and credit derivative data products.* Coordinate the procurement, evaluation, and accurate publication of data from broking desks and third-parties via Parameta Solutions.* Contribute to market analysis, competitive research, and the development of business cases for new data products.* Support product lifecycle activities, guiding enhancements from ideation through development and launch. Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Analytics to ensure successful project implementation.* Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve data content.* Support the creation and documentation of new data methodologies and contribute to research for new business initiatives.* Build and maintain strong relationships with Global Broking teams and other key internal partners.* Support marketing activities such as preparing product materials, contributing to newsletters, and assisting at conferences.Experience / CompetencesEssential* Extensive experience in financial markets data, ideally within an inter-dealer broker, market data vendor, or bank, with strong understanding of how interest rates and credit OTC derivatives are priced, traded, and consumed by end-clients.* Deep working knowledge of OTC derivatives, particularly fixed income, rates, and credit products (e.g., IRS, OIS, CDS, bond pricing), and familiarity with associated market conventions.* Proven experience managing or contributing to market data products, including defining requirements, shaping data methodologies, and working with technology teams to deliver data enhancements or new datasets.* Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interrogate large datasets, assess data quality, identify anomalies, and translate findings into actionable product improvements.* Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes, including prioritising a complex workload, managing multiple deliverables, and progressing initiatives with minimal oversight.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts into clear, commercially relevant explanations for varied audiences (e.g., Sales, Technology, Clients).* Experience gathering and converting internal and external requirements into well-structured specifications, user stories, and documentation suitable for both business and technical stakeholders.* Strong organisational skills, with a track record of coordinating stakeholders across Broking, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Analytics to ensure alignment and timely delivery.* Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment, engaging with diverse teams across multiple time zones.Desired* Commercially oriented mindset, with the ability to identify monetisable data opportunities, evaluate commercial impact, and contribute to business case development.* Experience working directly with broking desks, sales teams, or external clients, ideally in a data, product, or analytics capacity.* Exposure to competitive landscape analysis, including understanding how clients evaluate data vendors, benchmarks, and differentiators across OTC markets.* Confidence presenting to clients or industry audiences, including webinars, briefings, or conferences.* Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving them to completion.* Experience contributing to data methodology design, including knowledge of model selection, data cleansing, enrichment, and pricing logic.* Ability to build strong internal relationships, particularly with Global Broking teams and technology partners, fostering trust and alignment.* Awareness of industry trends across OTC derivatives, macro markets, and data innovation, including regulatory developments impacting data usage and transparency.* Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and agile delivery practices, including writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and participating in sprint activities.Job Band & Level* Manager / 6#PARAMETA #LI-Hybrid #LI-MIDCompany StatementWe know that the best innovation happens when diverse people with different perspectives and skills work together in an inclusive atmosphere.
