Job description

This role supports the Global Head of Audit (HoA) Technology, Data and Innovation by:

  • driving and delivering a portfolio of high-quality risk-based audit services across a wide range of technology areas; and
  • assisting in the management of strategic relationships with key technology and business stakeholders by ensuring the risks associated with the latest business plans are fully considered and by providing independent opinion and assurance on the strength of the control framework and the effectiveness of business risk management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Primary accountability to the audit leads, with responsibility for audit execution within that portfolio.
  • Responsible for the delivery of high-quality audits end-to end, from planning to reporting, ensuring audits are completed on time and within budget. The GIA function delivers approximately 45-55 audit assignments per year.
  • Travel (approx. 5-10% depending on portfolio) is a requirement of this role, as deemed necessary, to complete audit engagements and to fulfil stakeholder engagement, building deep relationships.
