As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, creative Design & Social Assistant to join our in-house Marketing team at Hatton Garden, London office.
This role is a split between graphic design and social media, ideal for an entry-level creative seeking broad experience in design and social media in the luxury jewellery industry. You'll work closely with our Social & Content Manager and Creative Lead, supporting the creation of visual assets across marketing channels and the planning, production and publishing of social-first content., Graphic Design & Artworking:
- Design and artwork on-brand graphics for social, web and email marketing.
- Assist with print assets, including POS, packaging and marketing materials.
- Support campaign and launch artwork, including photoshoot preparation and rollouts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designed assets.
Social Media & Content:
- Capture, film and edit social-first content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Draft, schedule and publish content in line with the content calendar.
- Assist with campaign and launch activity on social channels. Track talent, influencer and community coverage.
- Research social, fashion and culture trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Team Support:

Requirements
- A portfolio showcasing strong creativity across graphic design and content creation.
- Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Great understanding of social media platforms.
- Foundational skills in typography, layout, and colour with the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to shoot and edit social-first video content.
- Comfortable in front of the camera.
- Collaborative, self-starting, and proactive.
- Tuned into social culture and design trends.
