Job description
Fawkes & Reece are currently assisting an award-winning contractor based in the South Coast, who are looking for a Document Controller to expand their team. Our client is one of the industry leading contractors based in the South Coast, with a head office based in Southampton and a fantastic portfolio of projects covering Hampshire and surrounding counties.
As Document Controller you we will be joining a long-standing Document Controller team and working closely alongside their Design department, to provide seamless Documentation Management. Their scope of work covers a wide variety including health care, education, leisure & residential with projects valuing up to £15M.
As Document Controller you will be responsible for the following:

Maintain management & maintenance across all document management systems and documentation.

Ensure all files and data is stored correctly in line with company guidance and compliance.

Provide Quality Assurance across all documentation and drawings before submissions.
Requirements

It is fundamental for this individual to come from a construction background with previous experience working on similar circa projects.

Relevant CDM system's experience is essential, preferably experienced using Viewpoint or Procore
-
An understanding of industry standards including ISO19650 is key.
