Job description
The tier 1 contractor traditionally specialises in high spec commercial projects including, education, healthcare, MOD & industrial new builds traditionally valuing between £5M - £150M. Operating across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Surrey for private and framework clients. The role of Document Controller will originally oversee one immediate project, based out of their head office in Dorset., * Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures.
- Provide full secretarial support to Management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, arranging diaries and generic ad-hoc admin
- Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, collect the comments.
- Ensure all design documentation meets approved guidelines, whilst liaising and supporting site teams with the roll out of the latest issue of design documentation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience within the construction industry is required.
- Previous experience using A-site is preferred.
- Organised and proactive nature and attitude
