Product Designer (UX/UI)

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Designer who's passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences. You'll play a key role in designing innovative products that balance user needs with business goals, contributing to the evolution of our design system and ensuring consistency across our product suite., * Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across the product suite.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user insights.
• Maintain consistency in branding, UI components, flows, accessibility, usability.
• Able to work with product to translate requirements into clear, user-friendly design solutions
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Independently QA production builds and share results with developers
• Critique design decisions and share feedback with other designers
• Ensure that UX is embedded in end-to-end experience, validate prototypes, ensure usability and coherence.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, marketing, compliance to ensure design feasibility, performance, and alignment with business goals.
• Run user research, usability testing, and feedback loops (qualitative and quantitative).
• Ensure UX metrics (drop-off, conversion, satisfaction) are tracked, improved, and tied to product goals.

As a thoughtful problem solver, you'll work independently and cross-functionally-partnering with product managers, engineers, marketing, and compliance-to translate requirements into elegant design solutions. You'll use data, user insights, and testing to inform your work, while proactively QA'ing builds and iterating based on feedback.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, ownership, and a deep empathy for users are essential. • Competent user of Figma, able to demonstrate developer-ready files in a portfolio view
• Strong portfolio across web, mobile, SaaS / enterprise, and platform-level design.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems.
• Must have worked within a startup or scaleup environment and be comfortable with changing requirements and a fast pace
• Must have experience working with MCP servers
• Excellent cross-functional communication, ability to influence engineering, product, marketing.
• Familiarity with compliance / regulatory / security constraints in product design
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with A/B, metrics, funnel flows, user research.
