meetings, presenting confidently to senior stakeholdersUndertaking site inspections and translating findings into actionable technical directionEnsuring projects are delivered to scope, programme, and commercial objectivesCollaborating with wider business leaders to support company strategy and growthTaking responsibility for fee management, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadershipRequirements10+ years' experience within a UK Building Services Consultancy, with a strong portfolio of delivered projectsChartered status (C.Eng) with CIBSE, Engineers Ireland, or an equivalent institutionExpertise with industry-standard software such as Dialux/Relux, Amtech, and working knowledge of Revit/CADStrong multi-disciplinary awareness across mechanical, sustainability, and public health sectorsProven ability to lead teams through detailed design stages, technical reviews, and complex coordinationExcellent stakeholder management skills with confidence presenting at senior levelsUp-to-date understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental Policy requirementsA strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business development and company growth Similar jobs
