We're looking for a Transformation Director to join our ever evolving Enterprise Segment Strategy & Planning Office and help us unleash the potential of every business.The Enterprise Segment Strategy & Planning Office leads some of the business segment's largest, most complex initiatives, focused on segment-wide strategy execution and business transformation. Our work spans multiple functions and geographies, bringing together people, processes, technology and operating models to deliver sustainable change at scale.We are looking for a Transformation Leader to own two critical sub-workstreams within the Worldpay and Global Payments integration and transformation program. This role will provide sub-workstream leadership, direction, and coordination across multiple complex initiatives, while partnering closely with functional leaders and providing clear, structured updates to the Integration program, Transformation office, and broader Global Payment executive leadership.You will be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week in Walbrook, London.What you'll ownLeadership of two enterprise sub-workstreams, ensuring alignment to overall integration and transformation objectivesOversight and coordination of a portfolio of complex transformation initiatives, managing interdependencies, sequencing and delivery risksSenior stakeholder engagement, working closely with functional leaders across Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and other core areasExecutive-level reporting and governance, providing clear written and verbal updates to leadership on progress, risks, issues, dependencies and decision pointsIdentification of operational and functional gaps, developing and recommending best-in-class solutions aligned to enterprise strategyOwnership of solution outcomes, guiding teams to resolve technically and operationally complex challengesHow You'll Own ItProven experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiativesStrong background in strategy execution, business transformation or transformation consultingDemonstrated ability to operate at executive leadership level, with confidence presenting complex topics clearly and conciselyExtensive experience producing high-quality executive reporting, including progress, risks, issues and dependenciesTrack record of defining complex business problems, identifying opportunities, and shaping effective solutionsExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functionsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing prioritiesComfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing and regulated environmentAbout The Team To learn more about our winning teams, check out our world-class teams that own it every day.What makes a Worldpayer It's simple: Think, Act, Win.
