A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with the ability to manage multiple projects while working independently with product teams, business stakeholders and IT to accomplish project deliverables.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements from various stakeholders and plan a solution to address data requirementsCollect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualizationDevelop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analyticsDefine new KPIs and analyze them to form actionable recommendationsPresent to business leaders, in both ad-hoc forums and routine business review, to drive strategic decision making.Solve any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sourcesBuild user-friendly interactive dashboards and reports to empower non-technical users to query data themselves.Identify and implement new features that can improve operational efficiencyUnderstand the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to know how data is gathered, cleaned, and updated from various sources.Ideal Experience & CompetenciesBachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics)3+ years of relevant work experience using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma, PowerBI)Experience in all phases of the BI lifecycle in a Tableau environment, including dashboard design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.Strong experience with data preparation for reporting (e.g., data profiling, data cleansing, volume assessment and partitioning) including ETL and data modeling (relational and dimensional)Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of providing oversight and execution for project deliveryProficient in Excel, SQL, and TableauExperience navigating Data Warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery) to identify source tables and columnsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and responsiveTo view our Candidate Privacy Notice for the US
