ready to grow their analytical and cross-functional experience.What you'll do :- Analyse operational data across Customer Care, Validations, and Claims referrals to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor policy exceptions, referral outcomes, and quality assurance metrics.- Support data feeds, reporting structures, and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency within Customer Care.- Work on projects that use data and automation to streamline operational processes and enhance decision making.- Collaborate with operational teams to translate analytical findings into clear actions that improve customer outcomes and reduce risk.What we're looking for:- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets.- Knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or similar).- Experience using Python for data analysis or automation.- Experience querying and analysing large datasets within a cloud data environment (e.g. Databricks or similar Cloud Data Platforms).- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data.- Familiarity with AI or automation tools is beneficial.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non technical audiences.Why you'll love it here:We want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
