Synechron is looking for a customer-focused Help-Desk & End User Computing Associate with strong expertise in Microsoft platforms to work with a global insurance firm. The role delivers advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and Share Point, ensuring end-user productivity and secure, seamless collaboration across the London office. This role will work closely with other IT teams to maintain system performance, support migrations, and champion end-user adoption of Microsoft solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications, especially Teams, Share Point, Outlook, One Drive, and related collaboration toolsAssist users with Teams collaboration, channel and meeting management, file sharing, and integration of apps and botsManage and troubleshoot Share Point sites, permissions, document libraries, workflows, and sharing settings to ensure secure and efficient usageAllocate and de-allocate virtual desktops and endpoints, particularly in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or similar Microsoft environmentsHandle support requests related to Windows OS and device management, including user configuration, updates, and security settings using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)Administer Active Directory and Azure AD accounts, security groups, and access management in alignment with company policiesSupport user onboarding/offboarding, including set-up of Microsoft 365 accounts, Teams/Share Point access, and asset provisioningDocument solutions, create end-user guides for Microsoft 365 features, and contribute to self-service knowledge basesEnsure compliance with internal IT security standards and participate in regular audits and policy enforcementCollaborate on Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives, user training sessions, and rollout of new productivity solutionsQualifications and Skills:Minimum 4 years' experience in IT support roles with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Teams and Share Point) and Windows environmentsProficiency in supporting end users with Teams (meetings, collaboration, telephony) and Share Point (site management, permissions, file sharing).Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, and virtual desktop environmentsExperience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now), remote assistance tools, and ITIL practicesExcellent communication skills and customer-centric service approachRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-100, or equivalent) are preferredThis is a long term contract (end Dec 26) - x3 days in London office (City) - Start Feb 26SYNECHRON'S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENTDiversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
