SCM Data and PAS-X Specialist

Organon is hiring a SCM Data and PAS-X Specialist to join our world-class manufacturing site in Cramlington. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Master Data Team, working in a function that is critical to the success of our operations., As the SCM Data and PAS-X Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations for Bulk and Packaging IPTs and driving strategic projects that shape our future. From supporting internal line moves for our new packaging hall to creating our GMBR's of the future, your contribution will be central to our success., * Support & co-ordinate the creation and maintenance of master data within the Supply chain module (SCM) function of SAP.

• Detailed understanding of SAP master data requirements and Cramlington operation processes to support and enhance site master data requirements.
• Develop, configure, and maintain PAS-X Master Batch Records (GMBRs) in alignment with manufacturing process requirements.
• Ensure all GMBRs comply with GMP, data integrity (ALCOA+), and regulatory expectations.
• Participate in design workshops, requirement reviews, and functional specification development.
• Maintain version control and documentation for all GMBR changes following change control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, optimising recipes for efficiency, usability, and right-first-time execution.
• Ensure system deliverable life cycle requirements are adhered to for all GMBR's.

• Minimum of 3 years SAP master data experience.
• Knowledge of Cramlington's manufacturing and Packaging processes and IT systems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to interact and form good working relationships with cross-functional/global teams.
• Attention to detail and well-organised approach to working.
• Proven track record of managing multiple changes, improving processes and technical problem solving in an SAP / PAS-X environment at site and global level.
• Ability to influence site and global teams in terms of SAP solutions.
