Management Assistant IT

• You support the Group Director IT in all day-to-day business activities and actively coordinate, manage, and complete projects across the organization
• Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication among diverse internal stakeholders while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize tools and processes in your field
• Together with an interdisciplinary team you contribute to group-wide projects, ranging from project support to taking full ownership of internal initiatives
• You ensure an efficient meeting environment by preparing, managing, and maintaining relevant documents, memos, drafts, and deadlines
• By supporting the Group Director in HR-related processes and tasks you help create a smooth and reliable operational environment

• Qualifications: You have completed a university degree or possess a comparable qualification
• Experience: You bring professional experience in an assistant function or a similar role and are accustomed to working closely with senior leadership
• Know-how: Your strong command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, supports your daily work; experience with additional collaboration tools is beneficial
• Nice to have: Prior involvement in coordinating projects or supporting cross functional initiatives is advantageous
• Personality: Your open, trustworthy, and solution oriented personality enables you to communicate confidently on all levels; entrepreneurial thinking, reliability, and a careful way of working round off your profile
• Languages: You communicate fluently in English and German
