IGA Engineer

• Implement, configure, and maintain IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or IBM ISIM

• Design and optimize identity lifecycle management workflows including provisioning and deprovisioning

• Build and manage integrations with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications

• Automate IAM processes using scripting languages like Python or PowerShell

• Support access certification campaigns and enforce RBAC policies

• Troubleshoot platform issues, debug workflows, and perform root-cause analysis

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver identity solutions

• Hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt or IBM ISIM)

• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance

• Solid knowledge of RBAC and access certification processes

• Experience in scripting for automation and integrations

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
