Agentforce Commerce Consultant

• Commerce Solution Design: You translate business requirements into scalable Agentforce Commerce solutions. You contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment between customer journeys, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Delivery & Implementation: You play an active role in the implementation of Agentforce Commerce solutions, including configuration, integrations, and testing. You ensure high-quality delivery across all project phases.
• Customer Experience & Optimization: You help design and optimize digital customer journeys across channels. You understand key e-commerce concepts such as product catalogs, pricing, promotions, checkout flows, and order management.
• Methodologies: You are familiar with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps.
• Salesforce Expertise: You build your expertise across Agentforce Commerce capabilities and digital commerce solutions. You actively develop your skills through learning and experience, while staying up to date with new products and technologies.

You understand how to translate business needs into impactful e-commerce solutions and enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience., * Bachelor's or master's degree.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or digital commerce implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce Commerce (B2B).
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts such as merchandising, promotions, checkout, and integrations, and the ability to configure these within Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Experience Builder.
• Experience with multi-site (store) setups within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including site-specific configurations and localization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on delivering business value.
