Data Engineer Consultant

Represent Sia at professional events, contributing actively to thought leadership initiatives (articles, white papers, webinars). Drive business development by crafting compelling proposals, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. Manage client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to middle and senior-level management. Supervise and mentor junior to medior consultants, guiding their professional growth, reviewing deliverables, and facilitating the development of technical and interpersonal skills.

Effective stakeholder manager, comfortable guiding teams through project delivery. Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and facilitate professional development. Qualifications Completed Master's degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, (Energy) Engineering, or a related technical field involving substantial programming. The specific stack that you will work with will depend on the client but, as an indication, we commonly work with Databricks, Snowflake and Azure. 3-6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent academic research). Strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving abilities. You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. A fast learner who demonstrates strong communication skills, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive. Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Dutch or French fluency is a must. Proven interest in Data Engineering, and relevant sectors such as Energy and Finance.
