What will I be doing?
We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional five star guest experience, consistently upholding the world class service standards recognised by Forbes.
As an IT Manager, you will supervise the IT Department to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled in a timely manner, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards, while ensuring compliance with Hilton IT standards, security requirements, and data protection obligations. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Ensure consistently strong operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing system outages
· Supervise the IT Department on a daily basis and act as the primary point of accountability for hotel IT
· Maintain strong technical knowledge and apply it to deliver full system benefits across the hotel
· Understand and actively enforce legal, regulatory, and Hilton requirements relating to IT governance, cyber security, and data protection
· Handle IT incidents, problems, and changes efficiently and in line with approved Hilton processes
· Identify current and future system needs and provide business-aligned solutions, managing implementation of local and centrally driven IT projects
· Build strong internal working relationships with all hotel departments and key stakeholders
· Own the hotel cyber security posture, including endpoint security, vulnerability management, and vendor access controls
· Ensure all IT incidents and support activities are logged and managed through approved Hilton systems
· Manage third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with Hilton technology and security standards
· Plan and manage IT budgets, assets, and licensing within agreed financial and audit controls

Requirements
· Previous IT management experience, preferably within hospitality, leisure, or service-focused environments
· Strong experience with Microsoft operating systems and enterprise environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security principles, including networks, servers, firewalls, vulnerability management, and business-critical applications
· Experience supporting hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, PBX, keycard, and related platforms is highly desirable
· Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to plan ahead, manage risk, and develop contingency plans where required
· Demonstrated judgement, collaboration, customer focus, and accountability, with consistent demonstration of Hilton values
